For the academic year 2025–2026, the Board of School Education Haryana (HBSE) has published the revised Physical and Health Education curriculum for Class 10. Students' total physical, mental, and emotional growth is the main focus of this course, which combines theoretical knowledge with real-world application of health and physical education. Topics covered in the curriculum include body systems, nutrition, communicable diseases, environmental health, and national sporting events. The goal of the 60-mark theory exam is to instill discipline, fitness awareness, and a spirit of sportsmanship in students. In addition, students will be evaluated through a 20-mark practical exam and a 20-mark internal assessment.
