Haryana State Health Resource Centre Notified Recruitment for 63 Posts 2015

    Haryana State Health Resource Centre invited applications for the Posts of District Consultant (Quality Assurance and Public Health), State Consultant (Quality Assurance and Public Health), District Quality Manager and Administrative Assistant (SQAU and DQAU). The eligible candidates can appear for the Walk-in-Interview on 15, 16 and 19 January 2015.

    Pay Scale:

    • District Consultant (Quality Assurance)- Rs. 40000/- (consolidated per month)
    • District Consultant (Public Health)- Rs. 40000/- (consolidated per month)
    • State Consultant (Quality Assurance)- Rs. 50000/- (consolidated per month)
    • State Consultant (Public Health)- Rs. 50000/- (consolidated per month)
    • District Quality Manager- Rs. 35000/- (consolidated per month)
    • Administrative Assistant (SQAU)- Rs. 15000/- (consolidated per month)
    • Administrative Assistant (DQAU)- Rs. 12000/- (consolidated per month)

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • District Consultant (Quality Assurance)- MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Physiotherapists/ Pharmacy/ Life Sciences/ Health Management graduate with masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent with 02 Years experience in Public Health/Hospital administration. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred. Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be and added advantage.
    • District Consultant (Public Health)- MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Physiotherapists/ Pharmacy/ Life Sciences/ Health Management graduate with degree/diploma in Health Management with 02 Years relevant experience. Training in Health quality like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred.
    • State Consultant (Quality Assurance)- MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Physiotherapists/ Pharmacy/ Life Sciences/ Health Management graduate with masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent with 03 Years experience in Public Health/Hospital administration, out of which at least 02 years work in the field of quality. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred.
    • State Consultant (Public Health)- MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Physiotherapists/ Pharmacy/ Life Sciences/ Health Management graduates with Masters in Public Health (MPH, Community Medicine (MD), MBA-(Health Management) with 03 Years experience in experience in Public Health/Hospital administration, out of which at least 01 year work in the field of quality. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred.
    • District Quality Manager- MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Physiotherapists/ Pharmacy/ Biomedical Engineering/ Health Management/ Life Sciences/ Social Science Graduate with masters in Hospital administration/ Health Management with 01 year experience in public Health/Hospital administration.  Candidates with experience in Healthcare/formal Quality of a quality system would be preferred. Fluency in English, Computer Literacy, Knowledge of Government Legislations and Policies are essential. Candidates must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Administrative Assistant (SQAU)- Recognized Graduate Degree with fluency in MS-Office package with 02 Years experience of managing office and providing support to Health Programme/ NRHM. Knowledge of Accountancy would be an added advantage. Candidates having drafting skills would be preferred.
    • Administrative Assistant (DQAU)- Recognized Graduate Degree with fluency in MS-Office package with 01 Year experience of managing office and providing support to Health Programme/ NRHM. Knowledge of Accountancy would be an added advantage. Candidates having drafting skills would be preferred.

    Age Limit: 40 Years

    The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview conducted by the organization.
