Eligibility Criteria for HCL Junior Manager and Other Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

• Junior Manager (Finance) Trainee-Intermediate Exam of Institute of Charted Accountants/ICWA
• Junior Manager (HR) Trainee- Graduate and PG Diploma in PM/IR/HR or equivalent
• Trainee Gr. II –Three years regular Diploma in concerned discipline (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
• Trainee Gr. II/Mazdoor Trainee-Higher Secondary and ITI in any trade

Age Limit:

• PWD Unreserved candidates -18-38 years

• PWD SC/ST- 18-43 Years

• PWD OBC(Non-Creamy Layer)-18-41 years

• Ex-Serviceman –As per government guidelines as applicable to Ex-servicemen
