HPPSC Exam Update 2021: Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has decided that the “Evaluation process” for various vacancies will be conducted in Online Mode due to surge in COVID-19 . HPPSC has released a short notification in this regard on its official website. All such candidates who have to appear for “Evaluation process” round for various vacancies can check the short notification available on the official website--hppsc.hp.gov.in.
The notification further says," In view of the ongoing Covid19 pandemic, various restrictions imposed by the State Government to break the chain of transmission and in interest of efficient and continuity in recruitment process, the Commission has decided that the “Evaluation process” of 15 marks as per Notification No Per(AP.B)B(15)-5/20 dated 17-04-2017 issued by the Government (in the Department of Personnel), for Class-III posts, shall now be conducted online as against the earlier practice of calling the candidates physically to the Commission’s premises. A link for uploading of the documents shall be activated on the OTR (One Time Registration) portal."
All such candidates who have to appear for the evaluation process for various vacancies will be informed in advance through Post as well as on their registered email/mobile number regarding the date when the portal for uploading of documents will be activated so that the candidates have sufficient time to be prepared with requisite documents.
Candidates should note that they will have to upload the photograph (JPEG/PDF format) of the original documents on the portal.
The Commission intends to follow this scheme for evaluation of remaining candidates shortlisted for the posts of Lecturer (School-New) History, Lecturer (School-New) Political Science as well as Lecturer (School-New) Hindi, for which the result of screening test has been declared but evaluation is yet to be conducted. Candidates shall be notified with further details soon.
