HSL notified Recruitment for 34 Various Post Jobs 2014

    Hindustan/Sambhar Salts Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan invited online applications from eligible candidates for Recruitment of 34 various post Jobs. The candidates eligible for the post can apply online before 15 May 2014. HSL was incorporated in 1958 as a Company fully owned by the Government of India to take over the salt sources at Sambhar, Didwana and Kharaghoda earlier managed by the Salt Department, Government of India. This is the only Central Government Public Sector undertaking engaged in the manufacture of salt.

    Age Limit
    • Maximum age of the candidate should be 52 years for General Manager.
    • Maximum age of the candidate should be 45 years for Chief Manager & Sr. Manager.
    • Maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years for Managers & Asstt. Manager.
    • Maximum age of the candidate should be 35 years for Jr. Managers, Supervisors.
    • Maximum age of the candidate should be 25 years for Management/Executive Trainee.

    Educational Qualification
    • General Manager (Works): B. Tech, MBA and Ex Serviceman with required Administrative or Technical Experience may also apply.
    • Dy. General Manager (Finance & Accounts): CA /ICWA.
    • Dy. General Manager (Tech): B. Tech and MBA or equivalent or Higher Technical or Professional Qualification or Ph. D in specified related subject or on any such specialization.
    • Chief Manager (PSP Plant): B. Tech and MBA or equivalent or Higher Technical or Professional Qualification or Post Graduate in Organic or Inorganic Science.
    • Chief Medical & Health Officer: M.D. (Medicine)/MS.
    • Chief Manager (Bromine Plant): B. Tech and MBA or equivalent or Higher Technical or Professional Qualification or Post Graduate in Organic or Inorganic Science.
    • Sr. Manager (Finance & Accounts): CA or ICWA or M.Com.
    • Sr. Manager (IT): B. Tech/Diploma in IT.
    • Sr. Manager (Civil): B. Tech (Civil) and MBA or equivalent or Higher Technical or Professional Qualification or Post Graduate Diploma in Civil.
    • Sr. Manager (Salt Washery): B. Tech and MBA or equivalent or Higher Technical or Professional Qualification or Post Graduate in Organic or Inorganic Science.
    • Sr. Manager (Administration & Estate Management): MBA with Degree in Professional Law OR with Diploma in Personnel Management or IR or Labour Welfare or Social Welfare.
    • Sr. Manager (Coml) Inputs & Logistics: MBA with specialization in Marketing or equivalent, Diploma in Material Management, Post Graduate in Commerce or Diploma Holders of Professional Qualification.
    • Manager (Finance & Accounts): CA or ICWA or M.Com.
    • Manager (Mines Operations): B.Tech in Mining with MBA (Operations Mgt) and Second Class Mines Manager Certificate of U/R Mines OR suitable equivalent in Mining.
    • Manager (P&A): MBA with Degree in Professional Law OR Diploma in Personnel Management or IR or Labour Welfare or Social Welfare.
    • Medical Officer: MD or MS and M.B.B.S.
    • Manager (R&D and Quality Control): B. Tech (Chem), MBA (operations Management) and Technical Diploma/Post Graduate in R&D and Quality control.
    • Jr. Manager (Survey): 12th passed with Certificate in Survey Trade from DGMS.
    • Executive/Management Trainee: MBA in HR or equivalent or Masters in PM/IR/SW/Law or such equivalent, M.E./M.Tech in Mech/Elect/Chemical Engg. and CA/ICWA/CS.

    Pay Scale

    •    Rs.17500-400-22300 for post no. 1.
    •    Rs.14500-350-18700 for post no. 2 & 3.
    •    Rs.13000-350-18250 for post no. 4 to 6.
    •    Rs.10750-300-16750 for post no. 7 to 12.
    •    Rs.8600-250-14600 for post no. 13 to 17.
    •    Rs.5600-150-8600 for post no. 18.
    •    Consolidated Rs.15000/- PM for post no. 19.

    Selection Process

    Selection will be made on the basis of performance in interview.
