[Maximum age limit for OBC candidates is 30 years and for SC candidates is 32 years]
Application Fees: An application fee of Rs.250 (for posts at Sl.No.1 to 3) and of Rs.150 (for posts at Sl. No. 4 to 6) has to be paid through crossed Demand Draft from any nationalized bank drawn in favour of ‘Director, IWST’ payable at Bangalore.
[SC / ST / PH candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.]
Selection Procedure: Final selection would be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Written Test and Interview.
A screening committee would shortlist candidates for the Written Test. Those who will qualify the written test will be called for the Interview, on merit basis.
Travelling Allowance: SC /ST candidates coming for the written test / Interview would be paid Travelling allowance (minimum fare).
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their applications in the prescribed format along with copies of required certificates / documents and fee DD to “The Director, Institute of Wood Science & Technology, 18 Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore-560 003″ through registered post / speed post so as to reach the said office on or before 31 December 2012.
Name of the post applied for should be clearly super-scribed on the envelope containing the application.
Candidates willing to apply for more than one post should send separate applications along with separate DD.
