Eligibility Criteria for Senior Administrative Officer & Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• Chief, Corporate Relations: Candidate should possess Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in any subject from a reputed institution, with good academic record.
• Senior Administrative officer: Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/Public Administration in any subject from a reputed institution, with good academic record.
• Administrative Officer (Establishment and Administration): MBA in Human Resource Management or other equivalent Post-Graduate degree or diploma in HRM/Personnel Management.
• Secretary to Director, Superintendent (Establishment and Administration): Post-Graduate degree or Diploma in any subject.
• Accounts Officer: M.Com/ B.Com with CA/ ICWA/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Accountant: A degree in commerce or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree/diploma in civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution.

Age Limit

• Chief, Corporate Relations: Upper age limit for the post is 60 years.
• Senior Administrative officer: Upper age limit for the post is 50 years.
• Administrative Officer (Establishment and Administration), Junior Engineer: Upper age limit for the post is 45 years.
• Secretary to Director, Superintendent, Account Officer and Accountant: Upper age limit for the post is 40 years.
