IIM-Kashipur was incepted in 2011. At present the institute is operational from a temporary campus in Ganna Sansthan, Bazpur road. Around 200 acres of land has been alotted by the Government of India for it’s establishment in Kashipur, Uttarakhand on which work is still going on and probably the 2015-17 batch & thereafter every batch will be operational full-fledgedly from it’s permanent campus in Kashipur. It started it’s operation under the mentorship of IIM-Lucknow.
