IIT Bombay Notified Recruitment for the Posts of SPSE/PTA/JSE/PSE 2014

Indian Institute of Technology Bombay invited applications for the Post of Senior Project Software Engineer (SPSE), Project Technical Assistant (PTA), Junior Software Engineer (JSE), and Project Software Engineer (PSE). The eligible candidates can apply through the prescribed format on or before 15 December 2014

Pay Scale:

• Senior Project Software Engineer (SPSE)- Consolidated Salary Rs. 42000-60000/-pm
• Project Technical Assistant (PTA)- Consolidated Salary Rs. 14000-20000/-pm
• Junior Software Engineer (JSE)- Consolidated Salary Rs. 21000-31000/-pm
• Project Software Engineer (PSE)- Consolidated Salary Rs. 28000-42000/-pm

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Senior Project Software Engineer (SPSE)-

1. B.E/B.Tech/MCS/M.Tech or PG Diploma in IT/CS from reputed institutes
2. Proven track record of 06-10 years of software development, experience in one or more of the following: python, Node,js,Django Framework, MySQL,handling tools for big data such as Hadoop and having exposure to all phases of software development lifecycle

• Project Technical Assistant (PTA)

1. Graduate in Science/Computer Applications or any Graduate having Diploma in IT/CS with 0-3 years programming experience
2. Experience of 0-3 years in one or more of the following: python, Node,js,Django Framework, MySQL,handling tools for big data such as Hadoop and having exposure to all phases of software development lifecycle

• Junior Software Engineer (JSE)-

1. B.E/B.Tech/MCS/M.Tech or PG Diploma in IT/CS from reputed institutes with a minimum of 06 months experience
2. 2.       Proven track record of 06 months-03 years of software development, experience in one or more of the following: python, Node,js,Django Framework, MySQL,handling tools for big data such as Hadoop and having exposure to all phases of software development lifecycle

• Project Software Engineer (PSE)-

1. B.E/B.Tech/MCS/M.Tech or PG Diploma in IT/CS from reputed institutes
2. Proven track record of 03-07 years of software development, experience in one or more of the following: python, Node,js,Django Framework, MySQL,handling tools for big data such as Hadoop and having exposure to all phases of software development lifecycle
   

Selection Procedure

The selection will be done on the basis of the interview conducted of the shortlisted candidates by the organization.
