Eligibility Criteria for Project Scientist – D (For High Performance Computing Program) Job

Educational Qualification: A First class Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications or Information Technology from a recognized University/ Institution or a First class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology and minimum of 07 years of Post qualification working experience in High Performance Computing Systems, technologies and its related software's/ applications.

Eligibility Criteria for Project Scientist – C (For High Performance Computing Program) Job

Educational Qualification: A First class Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications or Information Technology from a recognized University/ Institution or a First class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology. And minimum of 05 years of Post qualification working experience in High Performance Computing Systems, technologies and its related software's/ applications.

Eligibility Criteria for Project Scientist – C (For Thunderstorm Dynamics) Job

Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree or equivalent in Atmospheric Science/ Meteorology/ Oceanography/ Physics/ Geophysics/Mathematics from a recognized University/Institution with at least 60% marks at Post Graduation and minimum of 5 years of experience of research (after Master’s degree) in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences as evidenced by published papers.

Eligibility Criteria for Project Scientist – B (For Thunderstorm Dynamics) Job

Educational Qualification: A First Class B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc.in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Instrumentation Engineering with 2 years of post- qualification research experience in relevant field.

Age Limit for Project Scientist – D Post

Gen: 50 years

OBC: 53 years

SC/ST: 55 years

Age Limit for Project Scientist – C Post

Gen: 40 years

OBC: 43 years

SC/ST: 45 years

Age Limit for Project Scientist – B Post

Gen: 35 years

OBC: 38 years

SC/ST: 40 years

Selection Procedure for Project Scientists Posts

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of interview and post that fitness test by Medical Authority.
