Indian Navy Notified Recruitment for the Post of Stewards, Cooks and Topass 2014

    Indian Navy invited application for recruitment to the post of Stewards, Cooks and Topass for batch 01/2015 (Sanitary Hygienist), For Batch 01/2015, Course Commencing in April 2015. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 27 June 2014.

    • For candidates of North East, J& K, Andaman &Nicobar Islands ,Lakshadweep &Minicoy Islands last date of receipt of application: 04 Jul 2014
    • Date of Examination: Sep/Oct 2014

    Pay Scale: Pay Band Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay @Rs.2000/-, plus MSP @Rs. 2000/- , plus DA

    Eligibility Conditions

    Age Limit: Between 17 to 21 years as on 01 April 2015 (born between 01 Apr 1994 and 31 Mar 1998, both dates inclusive)

    Education Qualification

    • Stewards : Passed Matric (10th Pass)

    • Cooks : Passed Matric (10th  Pass)

    • Topasses : Passed VIth Class

    Selection Process

    • Short-listing criteria will be based on higher education and percentage of marks.

    • Selected candidates have to undergo through written test and Physical Efficiency test.
