Inter-College Alumni Debate in Hindu College

Hindu College’s Old Student’s Association has planned to organize an ‘inter-college’ debate just like any other debate competitions in any other normal college. The Old students have already taken part in quite a few debates earlier in their student years from this college and now the same would happen years after they have completed their college years. The debate is going to be named ‘The Clash of the Titans Invitational Debate- 2014’ and there would be quite a few known colleges who are going to take part in the upcoming debate for old boys and girls. Alumni from colleges like Miranda House, Lady Shri Ram College, Shri Ram College of Commerce, St. Stephen’s College, Indraprastha College and Hindu College are taking part in the debate competition.

The topic for the debate is set to be ‘Has the Indian Bureaucracy failed in delivering Good Governance’? The alumni from each of the colleges would speak for and against of the topic and would try and come to a proper conclusion after the end of the debate. An alumni member from the Hindu College, Union Home Secretary Anil Goswami would the Chief Guest for the event.
