Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Recruitment 2016

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Senior Manager (E&P- Geologist) – M. Sc./M. Sc. Tech./M Tech in Geology/Applied Geology/Petroleum Geology from a recognized Institute/University in India or abroad.
• Senior Manager (E&P-Geophysicist) - M. Sc. (Geophysics)/M. Tech. (Applied Geophysics) from a recognized University / Institute.
• Senior Manager (E&P-Drilling Engineer) – BE, B.Tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical/ Petroleum Engineering from a recognized University /Institute.
• Senior Manager (E&P-Reservoir Engineer) – BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Petroleum Engineering/any other engineering discipline with relevant experience of working as a Reservoir Engineer, OR, Master’s degree in Geosciences (Geology / Applied Geology / Geophysics / Applied Geophysics) with relevant experience of working as a Reservoir Engineer.
• Senior Manager (E&P-Petro physicist) – M.Sc./ M.Sc.Tech./ M.Tech in Geology/ Applied Geology/Petroleum Geology/Geophysics/Applied Geophysics or BE/B Tech in Petroleum Engg from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Manager (Petrochemical - PADC) - Minimum BE/B.Tech in Plastics or Polymer Technology from a recognized University/Institute.
• Deputy Manager (Petrochemical - Technical Services) - Graduate Degree in Polymer / Plastic Engineering or other Engineering Graduates with specialization in Plastic processing from a recognized University / Institute.
• Manager (Gas Sourcing) – MBA or equivalent Degree (Full-Time) from a recognized University / Institute.

Age Limit (as on 31 March 2016)

• Senior Manager: 42 years
• Manager: 39 years
• Deputy Manager (Petrochemical - Technical Services) - 36 years

Relaxations:  Relaxation in upper age limited for OBC/SC/ST/PH/Ex-servicemen as per Govt. of India rules.

Selection Procedure for IOCL Recruitment 2016

Shortlisting of candidates on the basis of eligibility followed by Personal Interview (PI) by an expert panel.
