State Farms Corporation of India Limited (SFCI) is under the Administrative control of Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture & Cooperation. The company has announced the job openings for MBA graduates on Assistants positions under various cadres at Corporate Office & its Regional Marketing Offices.

Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant (HR) Grade I

Qualifications and Experience: Applicants are required to possess BBA/ BCA/ BA (Personnel Management) degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized University/ Institution with 2 years’ experience in related field. Besides, graduates with minimum of 55% marks with one year PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with 5 years’ experience in the related field can also apply.

Candidate will be required to pass typing test on computer at the speed of 40 wpm in English.

Accounts Assistant Grade I

Qualifications and Experience:  Job seekers must have M.Com degree with two years’ experience in related field or B.Com. with minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/ Institution with PG diploma in Financial Management (one year duration) with 5 years’ experience in related field. Knowledge of computer application (Tally) is desirable.

Assistant (Marketing) Grade I

Qualifications and Experience: Applicants must have degree in M.Sc. (Agri.) with one year Diploma in Marketing Management preferably with some experience in related field. Also, graduate in B.Sc. (Agri.) with at least 55% marks with 2 years full time MBA (Agri. Business Management/ Marketing Management from a recognized University/ Institution with 2 years’ experience in marketing of seeds/ agricultural Produce/Fertilizers/Insecticides/Pesticides are also eligible to apply.

General and OBC candidates have to remit the Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 500/- in the name of State Farm Corporation of India Limited payable at New Delhi.

• Aspirants must fill the application form, affix a self attested photograph on the space provided in the application form and attach DD.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks secured in the written examination or interview held by SFCI. Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed for the train fare as per SFCI’s rule.
