Eligibility Criteria for LDC, Draftsman and Other Posts
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Assistant Planner - Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Urban /Town / Regional / Country Planning
- Junior Assistant Planner - Diploma in Architecture with minimum 60% marks from a recognized Institution or equivalent approved by AICTE. Candidate having higher qualification in Architecture or Graduate Degree holder in Regional and Urban Planning or Town and Country Planning or City Planning or Regional Planning or Urban Design or Transportation Planning or equivalent from recognized University or Institute, may also apply
- Surveyor - Higher Secondary or equivalent with Diploma in Survey from recognized Institution
- Draftsman - Higher Secondary or equivalent with Diploma in Draftsmanship from recognized Institution
- Work Assistant - Candidates should be 10th passed with 60% marks. Candidates who have knowledge of Computer Applications will be preferred
- Lower Division Clerk - Candidates should be 10th passed with 60% marks. Candidates who have knowledge of Computer Applications such as MS Office, Internet, etc. with computer typing speed of 30 wpm in English, and knowledge of Bengali Computer typing will be preferred.
