Eligibility Criteria for Mines Manager and Other Posts
Educational Qualification
- Mines Manager (Coal) (First Class/ Second Class): Possess Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering with Competency Certificate.
- Overman/ Mining Sirdar: Possess Competency Certificate in the concerned discipline.
- Personal Secretary: Possess Graduate Degree with shorthand speed @ 100 w.p.m. and the Typing Speed @ 40 w.p.m. in English and Hindi.
- Accountant: Possess B. Com. Degree or Intermediate Examination of ICWA/ CA.
Experience required for Mines Manager and Other Jobs
- Mines Manager (Coal) (First Class)/ Personal Secretary: 10 years
- Mines Manager (Coal) (Second Class): 05 years
- Overman/ Mining Sirdar/ Accountant: 03 years.
