Pay Scale

• Senior Manager (Product Management): Rs. 11/- lakhs per annum.
• Area Manager (AM)-Agrovet: Rs. 4.50 Lakhs per annum.
• Agrovet service representative (AVRs): Rs.9500 to 12000/- per month, depending on experience and performance + TA/DA and very attractive incentives.
• Professional services representative (PSRs): Rs.9500 to 12000/- per month, depending on experience and performance + TA/DA and very attractive incentives.
• Trainee microbiologist: Rs.9000/- for 1^st year AND Rs.10000/- for 2^nd year.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Senior Manager (Product Management): MD or M.Pharma in Pharmacology.
• Area Manager (AM)-Agrovet: Graduate in any discipline. Preferably B.V.Sc. OR B.Sc. Agri.
• Agrovet service representative (AVRs): Graduate in any discipline. Preferably experience in selling of Veterinary/Agro Products.
• Professional services representative (PSRs): Graduate in any discipline. Preferably experience in selling Pharma Products.
• Trainee microbiologist: MSc, Microbiology.

Maximum Age limit

• Senior Manager (Product Management): 40 years.
• Area Manager (AM)-Agrovet: 35 years.
• Agrovet service representative (AVRs): 26 years.
• Professional services representative (PSRs): 26 years.
• Trainee microbiologist: 26 years.
