Eligibility Criteria

1. Human Resource and Procurement Consultant: Full time Post Graduate (2 Yrs) e.g. - MBA, MSW, MA in Human Resource management with 5 to 7 years of working experience in Human Resource Development and Management

2. Assistant to Human Resource and Procurement Consultant: Graduate in any discipline with 3 to 5 years working experience

3. Project Management Consultant: Post Graduate (2 Yrs) in MSC- Food and Nutrition, MSW/MA -Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development with 5 to 7 years of working experience in Rural Development programs

4. Assistant to Project Management Consultant: Graduate in any discipline with 3 to 5 years working experience

5. Financial Assistant: Graduation in B.Com; 3 to 5 years working experience in handling accounts and Finance related aspects

Age Limit

1. Human Resource and Procurement Consultant: 30-45 years

2. Assistant to Human Resource and Procurement Consultant: 25-40 years

3. Project Management Consultant: 30-45 years

4. Assistant to Project Management Consultant: 25-40 years

5. Financial Assistant: 25 years and above

Pay Scale

1. Human Resource and Procurement Consultant: Rs 45000 pm

2. Assistant to Human Resource and Procurement Consultant: Rs 15000 pm

3. Project Management Consultant: Rs 45000 pm

4. Assistant to Project Management Consultant: Rs 15000 pm

5. Financial Assistant: Rs 15000 pm

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will called for Interview.
