- Section Engineer (S-2): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Section Technician: Engineering Diploma Course or equivalent discipline.
Age Limit
- Senior Section Engineer: Not exceeding 32 years
- Section Engineer (S-2): Not exceeding 30 years
- Section Technician: Not exceeding 55 years
