Ministry of Defence Notified Recruitment for Draughtsman & MTS Posts 2014

Government of India, Ministry of Defence (DGQA) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Draughtsman & MTS. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.

Pay Scale:

• Draughtsman: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2400
• Multi Tasking Staff (Security): Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1800

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Draughtsman: Matriculation or equivalent examination passed and Certificate course or Diploma in Draughtsman ship of a duration not less than two years (including six months practical training) from a recognized Industrial Training Institute or equivalent.
• Multi Tasking Staff (Security):  Matriculation or equivalent examination passed.

Age Limit

• Draughtsman: The candidate’s age should be between 18 to 27 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
• Multi Tasking Staff (Security): The candidate’s age should be between 18 to 25 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
• The age relaxation will be given according to the Govt. Rules and Regulations.

Selection Process

Selection will be done on the basis of performance in written test/Skill Test and interview.

• Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format as given in notification.
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect along with attested copies of all required Certificates / Documents, 1 self addressed envelop of size 30 cm X 12 cm with postal stamp worth Rs.39/- and a recent passport size photograph should be submitted the Senior Quality Assurance Officer, Senior Quality Assurance Establishment (Electronics), Ministry of Defence (DGQA), DGQA Complex, Manovikas Nagar PO, Secunderabad-500 009, Andhra Pradesh within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
• Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of ________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
