Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi invited applications for the post of Presiding Officer in Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) at various stations on Deputation (including short term contract) Basis, for the period of 05 (five) years. Eligibility Criteria for Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance Presiding Officer Job:

Educational Qualification: Qualified District Judge with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the respective discipline.

Officers working under the Central/ State Govt. or UT or PSUs or Semi- Govt. or Autonomous bodies etc.:

• Holding the analogous posts or equivalent on Regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• With a relevant experience of the regular service in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent; and
• Possessing a Degree of Law or is qualified to be a District Judge in the respective discipline.

Age Limit: Not be exceeding 62 years (OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD: As per norms)

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the personal interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
