MRPL Notified Recruitment for Dy. Manager & Workman 2014

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd. invited applications for recruitment to the post of Dy. Manager and various Workman posts. Eligible candidates can apply through prescribed format before 6 June 2014. MRPL is an oil refinery at Mangalore and is a subsidiary of ONGC, set up in 1993. The refinery is located at Katipalla, north from centre of Mangalore city. The refinery was established after displacing five villages of Bala, Kalavar, Kuthetoor, Katipalla, and Adyapadi.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Dy. Manager (Finance) (E3 Grade): CA/ICWA/MBA with specialization in Finance and minimum 7 years relevant post qualification experience in a reputed organization in the areas related to Taxation, Treasury, Oil Accounting, General Accounting etc.
• Workman (Chemical) – W1 Grade: Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience in a large reputed Petroleum Refinery or Petrochemical or Fertilizer or Chemical Industry.
• Workman (Mechanical) – W1 Grade: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience specific with regard to position applied in a large reputed Petroleum Refinery or Petrochemical or Fertilizer or Chemical Industry.
• Workman (Electrical) W2 Grade: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years relevant experience specific with regard to position applied in a large reputed Petroleum Refinery or Petrochemical or Fertilizer or Chemical Industry.
• Workmen (Instrumentation) W2 grade: Diploma in Instrumentation OR E&C Engineering with minimum 2 years relevant experience specific with regard to position applied in a large reputed Petroleum Refinery or Petrochemical or Fertilizer or Chemical Industry.

Age limit

• Dy. Manager (Finance) (E3 Grade): Candidate’s upper age limit is 40 years as on 31 May 2014.
• Workman (Chemical) – W1 Grade: Candidate’s upper age limit is 39 years as on 31 May 2014.
• Workman (Mechanical) – W1 Grade: Candidate’s upper age limit is 39 years as on 31 May 2014.
• Workman (Electrical) W2 Grade: Candidate’s upper age limit is 35 years as on 31 May 2014.
• Workmen (Instrumentation) W2 grade: Candidate’s upper age limit is 35 years as on 31 May 2014.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test/interview.
