Eligibility Criteria for General Manager Job

Educational Qualification:

Master's in Business Administration from a recognized University or Two year's full time PGDM from Institute of repute recognized by AICTE. At least 15 years post qualification experience in Management Cadre at L-11 of 7th CPC in Govt. or in Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/Cooperatives etc. of repute with minimum annual turnover of Rs. 1000 crore. Candidate must have dealt in Procurement/Sales/Import/Export of Agricultural commodities. Age Limit: 40-50 years on 11 October 2019.

Salary: Rs. 78800 to 209200 (L-12) equivalent to Central Govt. Pay Scale with National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED) perks & benefits which include Basic Salary, DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, CEA, Leave Encashment, LTC, Cashless Group Mediclaim Insurance, etc.
