Educational Qualification
- Under Secretary (Group A): Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline and knowledge of administrative matters.
- Senior Research Officer: Master Degree in Sociology or MSW or Women’s studies with 5 years experience.
- Pay & Accounts Officer (Group A): Degree in Commerce.
- Section Officer (Group B): Graduate or equivalent with 2 years experience in administrative matters.
- Assistant: Graduate with 5 years experience in administrative matters.
Pay Scale
- Under Secretary (Group A): Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-
- Senior Research Officer: Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-
- Pay & Accounts Officer (Group A): Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-
- Section Officer (Group B): Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800/-
- Assistant: Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-
Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in interview.
