• Senior Consultant- Family Planning: 01 Post
• Consultant- Immunization Logistics Management: 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria for Consultant & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Senior Consultant- Family Planning: MBBS preferred. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma inPublic Health desirable.
• Consultant- Immunization Logistics Management: MBA in Health Management or Post Graduate degree in Logistics management.
• Project Associate: Post Graduate degree in Social Work/Health management/ MBA from a reputed and recognized institution.
• Project Analyst: Bachelor degree in any Discipline.

Experience

• Senior Consultant- Family Planning: 6 - 8 years of experience in working with government public health programs, counterparts and systems of which 3-4 years of relevant experience in management of RCH programs.
• Consultant- Immunization Logistics Management: More than 7 years of experience in supply chain management out of which at least 2 years should be in cold chain andvaccine supply chain at National level in Government sector.
• Project Associate: 3-5 years of experience in coordination of RCH related programmes out of which, 2 years with the government at national or state level, familiarity with the public health system, key stakeholders and relevant government policies/ strategies, particularly National Health Mission& Reproductive & Child Health.
• Project Analyst: At least 5 years’ experience of administrative assistance in government sector at national / state levels, willingness to work long hours and ability of multitasking. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in NHM / RCH at National or State level.

Age Limit

• Senior Consultant- Family Planning: Upto 40 years
• Consultant- Immunization Logistics Management: Up to 35 years
• Project Associate & Project Analyst: Upto 45 years
