Eligibility Criteria for Project Manager, Computer Programmer and Other Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Computer Programmer - B.Tech/BE in Computer Science /IT/Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) /MCA, Database Administrator, Assistant Programmer, District Project Manager and Application Manager with 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Database Administrator cum Programmer - B.E./B. Tech (CS / IT)/MCA/M.Sc. (CS/IT) /B Level of NIELIT/ DOEACC with 1-year of relevant experience OR Graduate with ‘A’ Level of NIELIT / DOEACC with 2 years of experience OR Graduate with PGDCA DOEACC with 2 years of experience
• Assistant Programmer - BCA OR B.Sc (CS/IT) OR Graduate with a minimum of 6 months course in computers
• District Project Manager  - B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science/IT/Electronics Communication) /MCA /"B" level course of DOEACC with minimum 60% marks and 2 years minimum experience in software administration or Development/Data Management/Web Designing. Must have passed Martic with Punjabi as one of the Subjects.
• District Project Manager - B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science/IT/Electronics Communication) /MCA /"B" level course of DOEACC with minimum 60% marks and 3 years minimum experience in software administration or Development/Data Management/Web Designing. Must have passed Martic with Punjabi as one of the Subjects
