Eligibility Criteria for Thematic Expert and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
PMA Head: Post Graduate in any discipline minimum 20 years of proven and professional experience with at least 5 years in the leadership role in social/rural/educational/skill projects.
Deputy PMA Head: Post Graduate in any discipline minimum 12 years of proven and professional experience with at least 5 years in the leadership role in social/rural/educational/skill projects.
Thematic Expert (Strategy Development): Post Graduate in in Business Administration / Social Sciences/ Rural Development & Management minimum 10 years of proven and professional experience with at least 5 years in the leadership role in social/rural/educational/skill projects.
Thematic Expert (Finance): Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce/Economics with minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years’ experience in finance & accounts.
Thematic Expert (MIS): B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with some exposure to Statistics essential with minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years’ hands-on experience in the MIS development and implementation for Government/ semi-Government/ PSU organizations
