NIT, Puducherry Recruitment 2016 for 32 Faculty & Non-Teaching Posts

National Institute of Technology (NIT), Puducherry announced walk-in interview schedule for recruitment to the post of Faculty & Non-Teaching Posts. The candidates eligible for the post can come for the walk-in interview on 30 June 2016 & 01 to 03 July 2016.

Under NIT, Puducherry Recruitment 2016, out of total 32 posts, 17 posts are allotted to Faculty and 15 posts are allotted to Non-teaching.

Eligibility for Faculty: Candidates should possess First Class in B.E./ B. Tech. and M.E./M. Tech in Applied Electronics/ Embedded System/ Communication Systems/ Optical Communication/ Microwave Engineering/ Relevant discipline.

Eligibility for Asst. Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional Degree.

Eligibility for Accountant: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in commerce with Honours in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent in grade from a recognized University or Institute.

Eligibility for Junior Engineer (Electrical): First Class Diploma in Engineering in relevant field with excellent academic record.

Eligibility for Junior Assistant: 10 + 2 in any discipline with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer Word Processing and Spread sheet.

Eligibility for Technical Asst (ECE/EEE): B.E. / B. Tech in relevant field from a recognized University or Institute.

Eligibility for Technician: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Eligibility for Lab Assistant: B.Sc. with Physics/Chemistry as Major Subject.

Eligible candidates can come for the Walk-in interview for the post along with the attested copies of relevant documents at NIT Puducherry, Second Floor, Arignar Anna Govt. Arts & Science College Campus, Nehru Nagar, Karaikal – 609 605 on 30 June 2016 & 01 to 03 July 2016.
