Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Town Administration, Personnel, HRD, Ceramics: A degree in Civil Engineering preferably in 1st class or Graduation with 2 years Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Sociology/Social work/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/ IR or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institute.

• Materials Management & Marketing: A degree in Engineering or Graduation with MBA/PG Diploma in Materials management.

• Finance: Should be a graduate from a recognized university and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

• Environment Management: Should be a graduate in Environmental Engineering or Graduate in Civil/Metallurgical Engineering with P.G. Diploma/Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or Masters Degree in Environmental Science.
