Age Limit
- Candidate should be below 30 years as on 1 October 2013 for Block Programme Manager.
- Candidate should be below 35 years as on 1 October 2013 for Accountant.
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Engineer: Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University/Institution or equivalent with at least 55% marks.
- Block Programme Manager (BPM): Graduate in any discipline with PGDCA/MCA/BCA form recognized Govt. institute with at least 55 % marks.
- Junior Hospital Manager: Graduate in any discipline with PGDCA/MCA/BCA form recognized Govt. institute with at least 55 % marks.
- Block Data Manager (BDM) (Urban+Rural): Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50 % marks (excluding Foundation & Ancillary Course) and diploma in computer course of minimum 1 year duration from recognized institute.
- Accountant at Area Hospital: B.Com with basic knowledge of computer.
- Protocol Manager (RSBY): D.Pharma with PGDCA/DCA with adequate knowledge of computer in MS- Office.
- DEO (RSBY Help Desk): Graduate with PGDCA.

- Assistant Engineer: Rs. 28000/-
- Block Programme Manager (BPM): Rs. 15600/-
- Junior Hospital Manager: Rs. 15600/-
- Block Data Manager (BDM) (Urban+Rural): Rs. 8450/-
