OFSDS Notified Recruitment for 28 Various Posts 2014

Odisha Forestry Sector Development Society (OFSDS) invited applications for recruitment of Watershed Management Team (WMT) in Koraput & Kalahandi Districts under Catchment Area Treatment Plan (CATP). The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 15 July 2014.

The Odisha Forestry Sector Development Society under the Forest & Environment Department, Government of Odisha is the designated State Nodal Unit for CATP to facilitate implementation on Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP) mode and others.

Pay Scale: Rs.10000/- per month + Rs.1000/- towards travel & other subsistence expenses

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• WMT –Engineering: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in Watersheds, Livelihoods, Rural Development, Natural Resources Management, Micro- Enterprises etc.
• WMT-Micro Enterprise: Post Graduate in Economics or Sociology or Social Works or Rural Management or Rural Development OR MBA with minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Watersheds, Livelihoods, Rural Development, Natural Resources Management, Micro-Enterprises etc OR Post Graduate in Agriculture Economics.
• WMT –Livelihood: Graduate in Agriculture or Horticulture or Forestry or Veterinary or Fisheries or Agriculture engineering OR Bachelors Degree in Science (CBZ) with minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Watersheds, Livelihoods, Rural Development, Natural Resources Management, Micro-Enterprises etc.
• WMT-Social: Post Graduate in Sociology or Social Works or Rural Management or Rural Development with  minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Watersheds, Livelihoods, Rural Development, Natural Resources Management, Micro-Enterprises etc.

Age Limit

The maximum age of the candidates shall not exceed 45 years as on 15 July 2014 for all posts.
