OPSC OCS Exam Date 2024 Out: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released short notice regarding the exam date for the Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination on its official website. As per the short notice released, the Commission will be conducting the Odisha Civil Services Examination-2023 against Advt. No. 20 of 2023-24 on October 27, 2024 across the state.
A total of 399 vacancies including Odisha Administrative Service, Police Services, Finance and others are to be filled through the recruitment drive. All such candidates who have applied successfully for the Odisha Civil Services Examination Can download the detailed exam schedule notice from the official website of OPSC -https://www.opsc.gov.in.
The short notice further says,"It is for information of all concerned that the Commission has decided to conduct the Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination-2023, pursuant to Advt. No. 20 of 2023-24 tentatively on 27.10.2024 (Sunday). The detailed programme of the said examination shall be notified later."

OPSC OCS Exam 2024 Update
The Commission is set to conduct the prelims exam for the Odisha Civil Services on October 27, 2024 across the state. There will be two compulsory papers in the objective type exam including General Studies I and General Studies II (qualifying nature). Each paper will carry 200 marks and the total prelims exam will be for 400 marks. Candidates should note that the marks obtained in preliminary exam will not be counted in final selection as it will be a screening test for mains round.
