Eligibility Criteria for Manager & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Chief Manager (Risk Management): Graduate in any stream of Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA. OR Completed professional courses like CA/ICWA/CFA (USA). Qualifications like FRM, PRMIA, DTIRM shall be preferred.
• Senior Manager (Risk Management): Graduate in any stream of Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA. OR Completed professional courses like CA/ICWA/CFA (USA). Qualifications like FRM, PRMIA, DTIRM shall be preferred.
• Manager (IT): Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Telecommunications/Electronics & Communication OR Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication.
• Manager (Forex): Graduate/Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/Mathematics/Economics background. Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/MBA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable.
• Manager (Debt/Equity): Graduate/Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/Mathematics/Economics background. Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/MBA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable.

Age Limit for Manager & Other Posts

• Chief Manager (Risk Management): 25-40 years
• Senior Manager (Risk Management): 25-35 years
• Manager: 23-35 years

Selection Procedure for Manager & Other Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the GD and/or Personal Interview.
