Eligibility Criterion
Maximum Age Limit: 30 years
[Maximum age limit is relax-able by 5 years for SC & ST category candidates and by 3 years for OBC-NC category candidates. Age will be reckoned as on 10 March 2014.]
Qualifications: B. Tech./ B.E. (Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering) OR MSW (Master of Social Work) / MBA or PGDBM with specialization in Personnel Management/ Human Resources
Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the implementation of CSR initiatives
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Personal Interview.
All posts are transferable to any of the Units/ Projects/ Regional Offices/ JVs/ Subsidiaries of PFC.
Travel Allowance: Single to and fro fare will be paid to outstation candidates called for interview on production of proof or ticket number.
Application fees: Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 is to be deposited in cash at any SBI branch using the fee payment challan, to be generated for print after registering online, till 12 March 2014.
Applicable Bank charges are to be paid directly to the Bank by the candidate.
[SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.]
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates are required to apply Online through PFC's website www.pfcindia.com till 1700 hours on 10 March 2014.
On successful registration, a copy of challan form in triplicate with a unique application ID mentioned on it will be generated.
Candidates will be required to take a printout of the system generated Registration-cum-Application form and send it along with the PFC copy of challan and self-attested copies of relevant documents / certificates to “The Senior Manager (HR), Power Finance Corporation Limited, 1, Urjanidhi, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi – 110 001” by post so as to reach the concerned authority by the prescribed last date.
Candidates can also drop the envelope containing the print-out of the online submitted application along with relevant documents and fee payment challan in the Drop Box kept in the PFC’s office at New Delhi till 14 March 2014.
On the envelope containing the application, candidates should super-scribe “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …………………… GRADE…….., Application No……………”.
