Eligibility criteria
- Educational Qualification: i) Person should fulfil the statutory requirements prescribed in the Companies Act, 2013 read with Schedule IV and relevant rules related to the appointment of Independent Directors. ii) A person having relevant knowledge and expertise in the area of Taxation and project financing; or Marketing, Strategy Planning and Business Development; or As the Company is having a license to run container train operations, therefore a person having knowledge/skills of exploring the best possible manner of utilising the license can also be a potential candidate; or Since Corporate Social Responsibility is gaining importance for the Company, therefore, a person having background on social activities and knowledge of Labour Laws, Human Resource and Corporate Governance will also be helpful.
