Eligibility Criteria for Purba Medinipur Group -'D' Employees, Sub Assistant Engineer & Other posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Stenographer: Bachelor degree and ability to take dictation at a speed of at least 80 (English)/70 (Bengali) words per minute and typing speed 40 (English)/30(Bengali) words per minute.
• Lab-Assistant: A degree in science with Physics as one of the subjects.
• Data Entry Operator: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent Examination with minimum three months formal training in using personal Computer and shall have a minimum speed of data entry of 6000 keys depressions per hour.
• Lower Division Assistant: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
• Assistant Cashier: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
• Work Assistant: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
• Typist: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination and have typing speed of 40 Words per minute in English or Typing speed of 30 words per minute in Bengali.
• Group – ‘D’ Employee: 8^th passed.
• Khalasi: 8^th passed and should have knowledge of reading and writing in Bengali with working knowledge in English and must possess a good physique.

Age Limit: between 18 to 40 years for all posts (Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women, as per Govt. Rules)

Selection Process for Purba Medinipur Group -'D' Employees, Sub Assistant Engineer & Other posts:

Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Examination and Viva Voce Test.
