Eligibility Criteria for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan SSA PGT Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Part Time PGT ( Telugu) - P. G in Telugu from a recognized university
• Part Time PGT ( English) - P. G in English from a recognized university
• Part Time PGT ( Mathematics) - PG in Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics from recognized university , Provided these candidates should have studied the subject mathematics at their BA/B.Sc level
• Part Time PGT ( Botany) - P. G in Botany from recognized university, Provided these candidates should have studied the subject Botany at their B.Sc level
• Part Time PGT ( Zoology) - P. G in Zoology from recognized university, Provided these candidates should have studied the subject Zoology at their B.Sc level
• Part Time PGT ( Physics) - P. G in Physics /Applied Physics from recognized university, Provided these candidates should have studied the subject Physics at their B.Sc level
• Part Time PGT ( Chemistry) - P. G in Chemistry from recognized university, Provided these candidates should have studied the subject Chemistry at their B.Sc leve
• Part Time PGT ( History) - P. G in History from recognized university, Provided these candidates should have studied the subject History at their B.A level
• Part Time PGT ( Economics) - P. G in Economics/ Applied Economics from recognized university,
• Part Time PGT ( Civics) - P. G in Political Science/ Public Administration from recognized university,
• Part Time PGT (Commerce) - M. Com in Commerce from recognized university, Having B.Com at Graduation level.
• B.Ed. or equivalent degree with methodology in the concerned subject from UGC recognized University.
• Must have studied in English Medium at any two levels of SSC/Intermediate/Degree College/Post Graduation excluding for the post of PGT (Telugu)

Selection Procedure for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan SSA PGT Posts

Preliminary merit list shall be prepared based on B.Ed (Theory + Practical Marks) percentage of marks and P.G. in the reservation categories concerned. No additional marks to additional qualifications i.e., M.Ed., M.Phil and Ph.D., etc
