SBI PO Prelims Exam 2017 Admit Card released: Check the all important information here!

The SBI PO prelims exam 2017 is scheduled to be held on  29th and 30th April and 06th and 07th May 2017. Here the team of jagran josh is providing the important instruction and information regarding the exam.

SBI PO Admit Card 2017SBI PO Prelims Exam 2017 admit card has released. As the last year, this year also the exam is going to be conducted by the bank in three phases namely Prelims and Mains followed by Group Discussion and Interview round. The prelims examination is scheduled for 29th and 30th April and 06th and 07th May 2017.

Candidates can download SBI PO admit card/hall ticket from official website www.sbi.co.in

  1. Visit the official home page of SBI at sbi.co.in
  2. Navigate to the Career page
  3. Go to the SBI Probationary Officer advertisement in the career page
  4. Click on the call letters for preliminary examination
  5. Enter your registration number/ application number along with the password/ date of birth
  6. Submit the details
  7. Get the SBI PO Admit Card 2016
  8. Save it in printed form

 The candidates should download their call letter and an “acquaint yourself’’ booklet by entering their registration number and password / date of birth from the Bank's website. No Hard Copy Of The Call Letter / Acquaint yourself Booklet will be Sent by post.

Proof of identity to be submitted at the time of examination: The candidates must bring one photo identity proof such as passport/Adhar/PAN Card/Driving Licence/Voter's Card/Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph/Identity Card issued by School or college/Gazetted Officer in the official letterhead in original as well as a self-attested Photocopy thereof. The photocopy of Identity proof should be submitted along with call letter to the invigilators in the examination hall, failing which or if identity of candidates is in doubt the candidate will not be permitted to appear for the test.

Biometric Verification: The Bank, at various stages, may capture thumb impression of the candidates in digital format for biometric verification of genuineness of the candidates. Candidate will ensure that this correct thumb impression is captured at various stages and any inconsistency will lead to rejection of the candidature. In case of any candidate found to be not genuine, apart from taking legal actions against him/her, his/her candidature will be cancelled. As such, they are advised not to apply any external matter like mehandi, ink, chemical etc. on their hands

SBI PO Exam 2017 admit Card: Frequently Asked Question

1. How do I download my call letter?      

Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the

Registration No / Roll No and Password / DOB(dd-mm-yy) at the required places to download the Call Letter.

2. What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?

Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.

3. Where do I get the registration no. & password?

Registration no. & password are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgement, at the email address registered by him.

4.  My DATE OF BIRTH is rejected on login screen?

Candidate should ensure that the DATE OF BIRTH is same as he had entered at the time of registration. Candidate can refer the APPLICATION PRINT for the DATE OF BIRTH entered by him. The date of Birth should be entered in DD-MM-YY format.

5. I am unable to login / screen displays the login failed message?

Please check your entries in login screen. You should use REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement. Also, make sure that the DATE OF BIRTH you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.
