Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Relationship Manager: Graduate with 3 year experience in concerned field.
Acquisition Relationship Manager: Graduate with 2 year experience in concerned field.
Investment Counsellor (IC): Graduates/ Post Graduates with Certified advisors NISM/CWM and minimum 5 Years of experience in concerned field.
Relationship Manager – Team Lead: Graduate with 8 year experience in concerned field.
Customer Relationship Executive: MBA/PGDM or Post Graduation in Statistics/ Data Analytics and Minimum 5 years of experience in Fixed Income Research/ MF Research/ Equity etc.
Zonal Head Sales: Graduate with 15 year experience in concerned field.
Head (Operations): MBA/PGDM with 15 year experience in concerned field.
Compliance Officer: Graduate with NISM Certification and minimum 5 Years experience.
Project Development Manager: MBA/MMS/PGDM with minimum 4 years experience.
Manager (Business Development): MBA/MMS/PGDM with minimum 5 years experience.
Central Operations Team Support: Graduate with 3 year experience in concerned field.
Selection Process for Special Cadre Officer Posts
Candidate will be shortlisted by committee formed by bank. Shortlisted candidates will be called for multiple round of interview before final selection.
