Shivaji University Proposed Relaxed Patter for Re-evaluation of Examination

    Shivaji University Kolhapur has made amendments in its post examination re-evaluation pattern to make it student friendly. The students are now able to apply online for re-evaluation of the subject concerned saving their time and money.

    Prior to this amendment the students were required to physically present at the college with the application for re-evaluation and the college was responsible to forward it to the university. The Shivaji University Kolhapur issued a notice on 12 January regarding the new method. The notice stated that according to Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994, students can apply for the photocopy and re-evaluation process within 15 days of the announcement of the results.

    Students can now log in with using their permanent registration number (PRN) and apply for the re-evaluation. Once the application has been made online, they have to submit a printout to the respective college with appropriate fees. The college will have to submit the application to the university. Thus, saving time and money of the students
