Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), New Delhi invites online applications for Group ‘A’ Non- S&T posts on Promotion/ Transfer/ Absorption/ Direct Recruitment/ Contract Basis. Pay Scale

• Chief Finance Officer (A – VIII) - Pay Band (PB – 3) and Pay Scale is of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- Per Month.
• Senior Finance Officer (A – VII) - Pay Band (PB – 3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/- Per Month.
• Senior Administrative Officer (A – VII) - Pay Band (PB – 3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/- Per Month.

Eligibility Criteria

Officers under the Central or State Govt. or Universities or recognized Research Institutions or PSUs or Autonomous Organizations etc:

• Holding the analogous posts or equivalent on Regular basis in the parent cadre or department or
• With appropriate experience of the regular service in pay band (PB - 3) Rs. 15,600 – Rs. 39,100/- plus grade pay of Rs. 6,600/- or equivalent;                            
• Possess Degree in the requisite field or equivalent from the recognized Board or University or Institution with appropriate work experience in the concerned field.
• For Post 1 & 2:

Possess CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)/ SAS (IAAD/ICAD) or Post Graduate or Graduate Degree in Commerce with relevant post qualification experience.

• For Post 3:

Possess MBA (Personnel Management/ Administration) or Post Graduate or Graduate Degree in any discipline with relevant post qualification experience.

Age Limit:

• Chief Finance Officer (A – VIII): 56 years (for Transfer/ Absorption) and 50 years (for Direct Recruitment/ Contract).
• Senior Finance Officer (A – VII): 56 years (for Transfer/ Absorption) and 40 years (for Direct Recruitment/ Contract).
• Senior Administrative Officer (A – VII) - 40 years (for Direct Recruitment/ Contract).

Selection Procedure: 

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
