SSC JE Answer Key 2024 has been released by the Staff Selection Commission on 12th June. Students who appeared in the exam can download the answer key by visiting the official website of the SSC ssc.gov.in and ssc.digialm.com. The candidates’ Response Sheets is also uploaded along with tentative answer key.

How to Download SSC JE Answer Key 2024
The candidates can check the steps to download the answer key as follow:
Step 1: Go to the website of the commission - ssc.gov.in and then click on 'Login or Register'
Step 2: Now, enter your credentials and click login
Step 3: Click on 'Application Details' under 'My Application' for JE Exam 2024
Step 4: Select the year of the exam from the dropdown menu and click on 'Answer Key Challenge' icon
Step 5: In the 'Candidate Login' portal, click on 'Login' after entering your details i.e. Roll number and Password. Thereafter, you can check your exam response sheet and take its printout.
Step 6: If you wish to raise your objection/challenge to the answer key, then follow the instructions on the portal
SSC JE Answer Key 2024: Check Objection Details
The candidates can raise an objection if they find any official incorrect within the given time period i.e. from 12 to 15 June 2024. The objection can be raised online on the website of the commission. They are also required to pay Rs. 100/- to submit a representation. There is no mode for submitting an objection.
How to Calculate SSC JE Marks 2024: Check Minimum Qualifying Marks
The exam consists of questions on General Intelligence and Reasoning of 50 Marks, on GK of 50 marks and on General Engineering of 100 marks. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper. The candidates are required to score minimum qualifying marks to be declared qualified
SSC JE Passing Marks 2024
- UR : 30%
- OBC/ EWS : 25%
- All other categories : 20%
Steps to Calculate SSC JE Marks Through Answer Key
- Give 1 mark for each correct answer
- Then calculate the number of wrong answer and multiply by 0.25
- Deduct the incorrect scores from the sum of correct answer scores
For example:
- Correct answers - 70, incorrect answer - 30
- Correct answer score - 70x1=70, incorrect answer score - 30x0.25=7.5
- Total Scores - 70 -7.5 = 62.5
Representations on the matter received through any other modalities; i.e., letter, application, email, etc. will not be entertained. Representation regarding the Answer Keys will be scrutinized before finalization of the Answer Keys and the decision of the Commission in this regard will be final.
