Eligibility Criteria for Marketing and Finance Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Deputy General Manager (Marketing) : candidate should have first class Engineering/Arts/Science/Commerce Degree with first Class MBA/PGDM (Marketing) and should have 26 years post qualification experience in the marketing field.
Senior Manager (Marketing) : candidate should have first class Engineering/Arts/Science/Commerce Degree with first Class MBA/PGDM (Marketing) and should have 19 years post qualification experience in the marketing field.
Manager (Marketing): candidate should have first class Engineering/Arts/Science/Commerce Degree with first Class MBA/PGDM (Marketing) and should have 17 years post qualification experience in the marketing field.
Deputy Manager (Finance) : candidate should be associate member of ICAI or Institute of Cost Accountant of India with minimum 14 years of experience in the reputed organizations in the concerned field.
Assistant Manager (Finance) : candidate should be associate member of ICAI or Institute of Cost Accountant of India with minimum 10 years of experience in the reputed organizations in the concerned field.
Officer ( Secretarial) : candidate should be Graduate and should be associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidate should have 08 years of post qualification experience in the secretarial Department of Reputed Organizations.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic qualification and experience in the concerned field.
