Eligibility Criteria for Coordinator, Manager and Other Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Chief Operating Officer (Prograrnme) - Post Graduate from any recognized university with minimum 10 years of experience
• State Mission Manager  and Programme Manager - Post Graduation or Graduation with relevant work experience
• Financial Inclusion Coordinator  - Retired official of Nationalized Bank/ Tripura Gramin Bank or Tripura State Cooperative Bank and Graduate in any discipline with 5 years working experience
• Block Mission Coordinator - Graduate in Social u.,ork/ Rural Development/ Management/ Mass Communication with 1 year experience in the thematic area in Social/ Community Development sector in Govt. Department/ project or PSU.
• Livelihood Coordinator - Graduate in Agriculturc/ Hortioulture/ Veterinary Science/Sericulturc/ Forestry/Fisheries/ Agri. Marketing/ Agri. Economics/ Asri. Business OR Graduate in Science/ Engineering/ Management/ Rural Development/ Social Work. 1 year or more experience is desirable in farm sector livelihood development for rural community
• Cluster Coordinator  - Graduate in Social work/ Rural Developmcnt/ Management/ Mass Communication for Contractual Post and 5 years experience in Social Mobilization, Institution Building, Capacity Building, Livelihoods in rural sector for Deputation Post
