UGC on 23 February 2013 released list of Indian Scholars who are selected for Raman Post Doctoral Fellowship in the United States for the year 2013-14. A total of 113 candidates across various streams are nominated by UGC to visit USA.
Selected candidates should send their acceptance towards the award to the UGC, in written, along with details of their tentative tour programme. The details of the tour programme should be duly countersigned and stamped by the University/ College to enable the Commission to obtain Political and Security Clearance from Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Home Affairs respectively.
The fellowship is tenable in USA for the year 2013 under India-US 21st Century knowledge Initiative (Social Sciences and Humanities).
