Saurashtra University, in a notification announced the list of test centres along with the block numbers for the candidates who will be appearing for UGC National Eligibility Test. Candidates can acquire the venue details for the examination that will be held on 30 December 2012 as per their subjects and Roll Numbers on its website.
Subject-wise List of Test Venues along with Block Numbers
The University selected 3 centres within the territory of Rajkot city to successfully coordinate the examination for the award of JRF and eligibility for Lectureship. A total of 1390 candidates will appear from Atmiya Engineering College, Kalavad Road while 1455 applicants are allotted to Yogiji Maharaj Virani Science & Arts College, Kalavad Road. The rest of the candidates registered with this University will appear in examination from Kansagara Mahila College, Near Mahila College Bridge.
Candidates must carefully check and verify their Roll no. in the list provided on the University’s website and note down the test venue allotted to them on their online admission certificates. As per UGC’s instructions, the University will not send admit cards to the candidates individually at their corresponding address. So, the candidates will be required bring their valid admit cards (system generated online admit card after filling the online application form for the examination) to the test centre on the day of examination. Further, candidates are advised to read and strictly follow the directions regarding NET December 2012 uploaded on the official website of UGC.
