Destiny has many things to offer. Some may be good and some may be bad. Whatever it has to offer to us, we have to take that, happily or painfully. The story of Anjali Gangwar has been one such where there has been a mix of cruel and pleasant act of destiny.
The cruel part of destiny is that she lost her husband a few years ago in a car accident and the pleasant part is that she cracked the prestigious UPPCS Exam and got the post of SDM.
Anjali Gangwar is a resident of Shashtri Nagar Colony in Bareilly. Her father, Mr. Pyare Lal Gangwar, is a retired Principal of Jawahar Lal Nehru Inter College. Her mother, Smt. Entry in the Field of Civil Services
The field of Civil Services is a difficult journey to take on. Not many of us dare take on this journey. It needs a strong will, dedication and perseverance to make it a success. It was not easy for Anjali even. She has to do all the hard work that needs to be done in cracking the UPPCS exam. However, she made it a grand success.
It all started with her marriage. She was married to Girjesh Gangwar in 2009. Mr. Girjesh was a resident of Udhampur in Uttarakhand. He was a PCS Officer of the 2009 batch. He was posted as a Commercial Tax Officer. Mr. Girjesh wanted his wife to go for Civil Services as it was his deepest desire. This motivated Anjali to go for the PCS exam.
This almost set as a trend in her family. Her brother Saurabh is also a PCS Officer who considers his sister to be his role model.
Loss of Husband Made Her World Colourless
There is a huge loss when one loses one’s spouse. It seems that the life has taken a turn and every thing has come to a standstill. Such a tragedy is enough to take away all the pleasure of life. There remains no meaning in leading one’s life. The same has been a case with Anjali when she lost her husband in a car accident a few years ago.
She was left with the memories of her husband and the token of their love, their daughter Aadhya. The will to live fades away at this time but she was a lady with a will that matches the high rising mountains. She was not able to see her husband even for the last time. She remained hospitalised for a long time but there was no giving up and no looking back. She got selected as SDM and it was a tribute to her husband.
