Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared final result for the posts of Assistant Cost Accounts Officer in Geological Survey of India, Ministry of Mines. Candidates are selected on the basis of interview/exam/information furnished from the applications by the commission.
Information from Official Notification:
i. The scrutiny has been done on the basis of information furnished by the candidates in their applications.
ii. The candidates who do not possess the essential educational qualifications. Rejected as “LEQ-A”.
iii. Applications of candidates who have not uploaded their experience certificates have been rejected under the category of “Incomplete Applications”. Similarly, if the uploaded documents do not contain Experience Certificate and/or the experience certificate is unsigned and /or undated and/or self signed and/or without period of service specified therein and/or not issued by the competent authority and/or ECs which do not indicate or specify the nature of duties performed are also rejected as incomplete.
iv. Candidates whose experience is not in the relevant field of Audit/accounts etc and/or not in Government or industrial organization etc are rejected under LEQ-B.
v. Experience certificates are to be in prescribed proforma. However, wherever the applicants have not submitted experience certificates in prescribed proforma, their experience certificates have been considered on merit.
vi. Appointment letters, office orders, resignation letters, pay certificates and the certificates attested by the candidates themselves or self employment certificates have not been considered as proof of experience and such applications are treated as “one without EC” and rejected under “Incomplete” category.
vii. Some of the candidates can be rejected under more than one category. They have been rejected under the category considered as most appropriate.
