The survey sheds light on the risks associated with increased screen time, such as disrupted sleep patterns, less physical activity, withdrawal from social interactions, and lower academic performance.

It's worrying to note that a significant majority—between 70 to 80%—of children are exceeding the recommended daily limits for screen time.
