Who is Jasdeep Singh Gill? New Head of Radha Soami Dera Beas

 He has a Ph. D. in Chemical Engineering and also has done his Master’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom and an undergraduate in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from IIT, Delhi.

Achievements in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Jasdeep Singh Gill has had an accomplished career in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, holding several key leadership positions:

• Chief Strategy Officer at Cipla Limited (2019-2024): In this capacity, Gill made a major impact in the pharmaceuticals and was engaged in some of its key strategy formulation.
• Senior Principal and Consulting Head for South Asia at IQVIA (global leader in healthcare data and analytics): Working out of Mumbai, Gill not only managed the Consulting and Services for the South Asian subcontinent but also made splendid headway in taking charge of the firm for Private Equity and international partnership projects.
• Executive Assistant to the CEO at Ranbaxy: Keeping this in mind, it is necessary to inform you that earlier Gill occupied the same post at the commercial pharmaceutical company Ranbaxy.
• Co-founded a consulting firm during doctoral studies: This spirit was seen in 1994 when he co-founded a consulting firm, all the while attaining his Ph. D. from the University of Cambridge.

Gill's expertise spans various domains critical to the pharmaceutical industry, including:

• Research and development (R&D)
• Strategy development
• Market access
• Organizational restructuring

He was especially experienced in creating and executing strategies for growth, managing the prices on the market, and entry and exit strategies on the markets. Gill was chosen also because of his experience in managing companies in both emerging markets, as well as because of his experience in the management of regulated markets.

Currently, he is a faculty at MIT, he completed his Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge. He also has a master's degree from MIT and is a BTech holder from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. The synthesis of the corporate experience together with the academic results makes him a prominent personality of the pharmaceutical sector.

He has recently shifted to Radha Soami Dera Beas becoming their new head of the spiritual organization after serving in various corporate sectors for several years.
